This website is operated by DSR Media LTD trading as Dino Studios ("Dino Studios", "we", "us", "our"). Our store and website are hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you (the "Services").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services, including browsing our site and purchasing products from us. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Services. There is no specific age restriction for our products, but if you are under 18 you should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

SECTION 2: PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
2.1 What we sell
We sell physical products including 3D printed pixel-style magnets, frames designed to hold the magnets, signs, and other related props.
2.2 Product appearance and variations
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings. As many items are made to order and 3D printed, minor variations in finish, colour tone, layer lines, or small cosmetic differences can occur and are not considered defects.
2.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product specifications at any time.
SECTION 3: ORDERS, FORMATION OF CONTRACT, AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Order acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and send an order confirmation (or dispatch confirmation, depending on the product and workflow). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or delivery constraints.
3.2 Cancellation window
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order. After that, we may deny cancellation if the order has been processed, produced, or dispatched, or if cancellation is otherwise impractical (for example, due to rapid dispatch or made-to-order work). If we agree to cancel, we will refund in line with our Refund Policy.
3.3 Checking order details
You are responsible for reviewing your order details carefully before submitting, including delivery address, product options, and any personalisation. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we can amend orders after processing begins.
SECTION 4: PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
4.1 Pricing
Prices are shown on our website and may change at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
4.2 Taxes and import charges
Depending on your location and the shipping option you select, your order may be shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) or Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

DAP: duties, import taxes, and any customs handling fees are your responsibility and may be charged by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

4.3 Payment
Payment must be received in full before we process or dispatch your order. You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge your chosen payment method for the order total.
SECTION 5: PROCESSING, SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
5.1 Processing time
Our typical processing time is 1 to 3 business days for most items. Some items may require longer depending on order volume, customisation, or production complexity. Any estimated processing or delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5.2 Delivery estimates and delays
Delivery times depend on destination, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
5.3 Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we may require payment of reshipping costs before re-sending.
5.4 Risk and title
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided (or, if the carrier records delivery earlier, at the point the carrier marks the item as delivered). Title to the goods transfers to you when we have received full payment.

6.3 UK consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a UK consumer, you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for distance sales, the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to any applicable exceptions. The Services and all content on the site, including text, images, graphics, videos, branding, and design, are owned by or licensed to DSR Media LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
